Chookity Pok!
While working as a VFX artist and compositor on Final Space (Seasons 2 & 3) at Shadow Machine, I used downtime to explore Spark AR, Instagram’s filter software. In Zbrush, I sculpted a high-poly version of the character Mooncake and optimized it for real-time use by re-topologizing, UV mapping, and baking high-resolution PBR textures all in Blender. I then added a simple rig with blend shapes to drive facial animations, creating an interactive and lightweight AR experience.

Look no hands!
For Meevil the Weevil, I developed a pipeline using photogrammetry to convert stop-motion miniatures into fully realized 3D assets. This process involved retopologizing, rigging, and applying high-resolution PBR textures to maintain the handcrafted look while ensuring animation-ready functionality. The result was a seamless blend of physical and digital techniques, preserving the charm of stop-motion in a flexible 3D pipeline.

Ideas!
Here are some 3D sketches exploring potential ideas, skills, and styles, serving as a testbed for refining techniques in modeling, texturing, and composition. Through these experiments, I explore form, lighting, and storytelling while pushing creative boundaries. Each piece helps me refine workflows and develop a distinct visual language that blends technical expertise with compelling design.
